Get Started — LOI

Have a Genuine Commodity Requirement?

If you are a qualified buyer with a specific requirement, you may begin the process by submitting a Letter of Intent.

Your LOI should clearly identify:

Commodity
Product and required specification

Quantity
Required volume and frequency, where applicable

Destination
Country, port or delivery location

Delivery Terms
Preferred Incoterm and delivery requirements

Timing
Target delivery period

Buyer Information
Legal entity and authorised representative

Once received, JCG will review the information and determine whether the opportunity is suitable for further engagement.

Submission of an LOI does not constitute an offer, allocation, commitment to supply, or guarantee of transaction completion. All opportunities remain subject to verification, availability, commercial alignment, applicable compliance requirements, and agreement between the relevant parties.

Our Commitment

We believe international commodity trading should be built on more than transactions.

It should be built on:

Trust.
Transparency.
Professionalism.
Discretion.
Long-term relationships.

JCG Group seeks to build relationships that extend beyond a single transaction — connecting strategic resources, trusted counterparties, and international opportunities in a rapidly changing global economy.

Ready to Engage?

Whether you are a qualified buyer, authorised seller, intermediary, or strategic partner, we welcome an initial conversation.
