Built for a World in Transition
JCG Group was founded on a simple belief:
Periods of global change create both complexity and opportunity.
Today’s world is being reshaped by geopolitical shifts, strategic resources, energy security, sustainability priorities, digital transformation, and new forms of international collaboration.
Navigating these transitions requires more than access or expertise — it requires perspective, trusted relationships, adaptability, and long-term thinking.
JCG Group was established to bring together global perspectives, meaningful partnerships, and strategic opportunities in an increasingly interconnected world.
Our work operates at the intersection of strategic commodities, sustainability, international collaboration, and emerging opportunities — guided by trust, long-term relationships, and a practical understanding of evolving global markets.
The People Behind JCG Group

With perspectives shaped across Asia and Australia, our work reflects decades of practical experience navigating changing markets, cross-border relationships, and emerging opportunities.

Jennifer and Gary are also the founders of JCG Strategic Insights, where they explore themes including energy, strategic resources, geopolitics, sustainability, AI, and emerging global systems shaping the future economy.
Together, Jennifer and Gary share a belief that meaningful progress often happens where industries connect, ideas evolve, and trusted relationships create long-term value.

Sustainability and growth can coexist
Long-term resilience comes from balancing economic opportunity with responsible and forward-looking thinking.
Innovation creates new possibilities
Emerging technologies including AI, blockchain, tokenisation, and digital systems are reshaping how economies and businesses evolve.
Relationships create opportunity
Meaningful partnerships are built through trust, shared values, and long-term alignment.
Looking Ahead
JCG Group continues to evolve alongside a rapidly changing global landscape.
Our focus lies at the convergence of strategic commodities, sustainability, international collaboration, and future economies — supporting meaningful relationships and long-term opportunities in an increasingly interconnected world.
